These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Woodwork Hero services, including website projects, lead management systems, SEO work, and any related digital services.

1. Definitions

  • “Client”, “You”, “Your” refers to the individual or business purchasing services.

  • “Service(s)” refers to any Woodwork Hero offering, including:

    • Website design and setup

    • Website hosting (via HighLevel)

    • Ongoing site edits / maintenance

    • Lead management system setup

    • CRM setup and configuration

    • Automations & workflows

    • Email/SMS templates

    • Google Business Profile setup & optimization

    • Local SEO

    • Paid ads management (if purchased)

    • Social media posting tools

    • Digital downloads or templates

    • Any service described in your order

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

3. Service Overview

We provide digital services tailored to woodworking businesses, including website creation, CRM configuration, lead management systems, SEO support, and automation setup.

All services are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed.

4. Payments & Billing

4.1 Setup Fees
  • Website Build + Complete System Setup: One-time fee (amount shown on website at purchase).

  • Lead Management Setup (using existing website): One-time fee (amount shown on website at purchase).

Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
Work begins when we receive your onboarding form or any assets from you.

4.2 Monthly Plans

We offer two monthly plans:

  • Lead Management Only

  • SEO + Lead Management

Monthly plans renew every 30 days and continue until cancelled by either party.

4.3 Price Changes

We may update pricing in the future. Existing clients will be notified before any changes take effect.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

5.1 Monthly Plans
  • You may cancel your monthly plan at any time.

  • Cancellation requires at least 14 days’ notice before your next billing date.

  • Service continues until the end of your current billing period.

  • No prorated refunds are offered for unused time.

5.2 One-Time Setup Fees
  • Website setup and lead system setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

  • There are no refunds after assets have been delivered or draft work has been completed.

These terms follow common digital agency standards.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information

  • Provide necessary photos, assets, or content (unless using existing online photos)

  • Supply access to required accounts (GBP, hosting, domain, etc.)

  • Respond promptly to feedback or approval requests

  • Review drafts and provide revisions within the requested timeframes

  • Pay all invoices on time

  • Use the system responsibly and legally

Failure to provide required information may delay your project.

7. Timelines & Delivery Expectations

7.1 Website Builds
  • Website builds typically take 15 business days after receiving all required photos and assets.

  • The timeline pauses during any period the Client is expected to provide approvals or content.

  • Two rounds of revisions are included (as long as feedback is provided within 5 business days).

7.2 Lead Management System Setup
  • Setup typically takes 5–7 business days after submission of the onboarding form.

  • Additional time may be required if access or information is missing.

These timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership
  • Once paid in full, you own your website, including design, content, and build outputs.

  • You own any copywriting created specifically for your project.

8.2 Our Rights

We retain rights to:

  • Internal frameworks, templates, systems, and processes

  • Reusable code, workflows, and automations

  • Any intellectual property not created exclusively for your business

8.3 Portfolio Use

You grant us permission to display your website, project screenshots, or project results in our portfolio or marketing materials.

9. Third-Party Tools & Software

By using our services, you agree to the terms of any third-party services used, including:

  • HighLevel (CRM, hosting, automations)

  • Stripe (payments)

  • PayPal (payments)

We are not liable for downtime, outages, or service limitations in third-party tools.

You are responsible for maintaining your own accounts and credentials for these platforms.

10. Hosting, Performance & Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

  • Website uptime (as hosting is provided by HighLevel)

  • Lead volume

  • Revenue outcomes

  • SEO results

  • Search engine rankings

  • Conversion rates

  • Future performance of any digital platform

We will always use best practices, but outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

11. Limits of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for lost leads, missed inquiries, or business losses.

  • We are not responsible for downtime, email issues, or delays caused by third-party tools.

  • We are not liable for errors caused by client-provided content or information.

  • We cannot be held responsible for compliance failures related to GDPR, privacy laws, or industry regulations (although we support best practices).

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 30 days.

12. Data Protection & GDPR

We comply with UK GDPR.
Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By using our services, you authorize us to process your data and (when needed) the data of your customers via HighLevel.

You are responsible for obtaining consent from your customers where required by law.

13. Revisions, Updates & Ongoing Work

  • Website builds include two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

  • Ongoing maintenance or edits outside of your monthly plan are billable.

  • Automation changes, workflow adjustments, or additional campaigns may also be billable unless included in your plan.

14. Termination

We may terminate service if:

  • Invoices remain unpaid

  • You breach these Terms

  • You misuse the system

  • You behave abusively or unlawfully

If terminated, your access to HighLevel tools or hosting may be revoked.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of England & Wales.
Any disputes shall be resolved in UK courts.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
